Beyonce has a lot of famous friends — and they definitely show up when she calls on them.
This past weekend, she was joined by celebs like Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige, Rita Ora, Iggy Azalea, Jessie J, Jada Pinkett, Zoe Saldana and more in London for the Sound of Change charity concert held at Twickenham Stadium. The event was part of the Chime for Change campaign co-founded by Beyonce, Salma Hayek and Gucci creative director Frida Giannini to support women empowerment as well as projects that improve access to health, education and justice for women.
Beyonce performed as the headliner of the show and belted out a number of classics like Sam Cooke’s “Change Is Gonna Come,” Etta James “At Last,” and Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You.” She also performed “Crazy In Love” and brought out her hubby Jay-Z as a surprise guest, who wasn’t shy when it came to a little onstage affection.
Catch a ton of pics plus a few of the performances below:
Rita Ora looked amazing on the red carpet in a white jumpsuit before later changing into sequin pants and caged booties for a special performance. Back in March, singer Jessie J shaved her head for charity and she’s still rocking it out almost three months later. Iggy Azalea arrived at the event looking cozy in sweats and peep toe Giuseppe boots before changing into a girlie red dress as one of the performers of the night. Jennifer Lopez brought Mary J. Blige out as a special guest during her set to perform The Beatles track, “Come Together.” Actresses Zoe Saldana and Thandie Newton were spotted walking the red carpet. Timbaland arrived with his daughter and John Legend was spotted leaving the show with his fiancee Chrissy Tiegen.
